Information for enjoying your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 7 days before your reservation for a $10 fee and receive the rest of your deposit back.

Cancel up to 48 hours before your reservation and receive 50% of your deposit back.

Cancel with less than 48 hours notice no refund.

Cancelations will not be processed after 5pm.

When is Check In and Check Out?

Check in time for RVs is 2pm.

Check in time for Cabins is 3pm.

Check out time for all units is 11am.

Do you allow pets?

Yes we allow up to 2 pets per site with additional fees. Dogs need to be leashed and attended by owners. Mobile fencing less than 34" tall is allowed around your RV. Aggressive animals will be asked to leave along with their owners. We reserve the right to refuse service to and ask anyone to leave.

Do you have long term rates?

We offer a month to month options for RV clients who need to stay in the area longer. Pricing fluctuates season to season. To be eligible for the monthly rate from November to April vinyl skirting is required for your RV.

Can I have items shipped to the park.

Yes, you can have items shipped to the park. They will be available at the office or with the camp host for pickup. The park holds the right to charge $2 per package if there are multiple packages in a day. Ship your items to 6790 N. Deadwood Ave C9 Camp Host, Rapid City SD, 57702.

What type of skirting do you allow.

Any mobile skirt made of vinyl is acceptable. Skirting made from ridged foam board, plywood, old billboards, or metal is not acceptable.

Do you allow older RVs?

Yes, but we withhold the right to refuse any RV. If your RV is older than 15 years you will need to send a photo to blackhawkcreekrvpark@gmail.com for approval.
